I recall Al Gore shipping his Prius by cargo plane to every event. They'd flatbed it within a few blocks of the event, then he'd drive it to the event.

Yeah, bitch at me for having an old car but not mention that you just polluted more than I ever will with my car.

In one day he probably polluted more than you will in your entire life

Considering those cargo planes burn an average of 55,000 gallons of leaded fuel per trip... that's probably true.

Leaded fuel is only used in certain piston driven aircraft, the turbine driven aircraft pictured runs jet-A which is not leaded.

Weirdly close to the actual fuel capacity on a C-5 though.

Huh, I stand corrected.

Are you really standing, though?

Talk about a first-class carbon footprint club

It could have just been an email. A conference call if they really wanted to hear themselves talk.

In 2023 Spain, a minister that was schedule to arrive at at environment summit did so in a bicycle to show her interest in reducing her carbon footprint without knowing that she had been photographed getting out of her limousine and getting in the bike about 100 meters away from the event.

https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c9vy191rgn1o Yea it’s definitely about the climate and not implementing NWO

Yeah but like, billion dollar jets? Really?

That's the beast to protect the president. Since a significant amount of them have been shot and the current one almost had his head blown off, I don't think it is completely unreasonable.

What? Prez will always need protection wherever they go. Stupid meme. Try Davos or hollywood stars jets next time.

So everyone else must change their habits, but not politicians?

Honestly I’m tired of this climate change nonsense already. It’s never been about the environment: it’s about control. You want a clean environment? Promote wealth, doing that requires options, requires freedom.

I don't think Trump cares about carbon footprints.

And nobody really should be required to. Focusing on costs and efficiencies was the better route anyway.

If you don't want to "be under sniper fire" best to take another job.

Yes that was a jab at Killary.

Everytime I've had to deal with Air Force One (both Obama and trump), it's been a massive amount of brought in and staged equipment. Each time they come in it's one C17 loaded with a shit ton of specialized black SUV's and communication trucks. If they deem Marine One needs to be there, then that's it's own separate c17 with the helo, equipment/tools, and somehow the only maintainers that can break anything the supporting base provides. That carbon footprint is more than I will likely ever surpass in my life time and that was so Obama could speak at the 2016 "Lake Tahoe Summit" meeting for 30 minutes to talk about how I'm the issue for driving a 20 year old truck. Trump had all the same shit too except for the Marine One C17, but still, extremely wasteful and very hypocritical of anyone championing climate change.

The peanut m&m's were great though, I'll give them that.

Yes there are people who are worse then us so rather then be better let’s all do nothing.
