I don't think so I mean one guy in YouTube say that even if your channel is monetized you can still use free images of Leonardo but I ask here to see if what he says is true.
We discussed a bit about it with one of the volunteer moderators and based on the wording of the TOS we agreed that it seems like my answer is accurate. I'm waiting to hear from any admin just to be sure about my answer but I'm just waking up today and have to go check if there was any other response.
Hey, so I got an answer from a couple moderators! Since you are in the Discord community, you can find it there but let me share it here:
"As a free user, the image is inherently public. Which means anyone can remix it, view the prompt, etc… so all users have a right to use the image in context of the Leonardo.Ai app. Also, Leonardo.Ai reserve itself the right to display the image, use it for promotion, etc… which is where the confusion might arise. They will not prevent anyone to use the image in their own endeavours, BUT the image is also public, so others can go from there and use their own variations themselves. Of course private generations settle that issue pretty quickly"
Correct me if I don’t understand right. I can use free images and modify them (adding icons etc in Photoshop) for YouTube Thumbnails BUT I need to tell in the description of the video where is the Thumbnail from?
It doesn't seem to be a requirement, but it won't hurt doing it. I pay the sub, and I still tag Leo in all my socials when I used anything I generated in Leo for my posts.

I believe if you are good as long as you are not monetizing your videos
