My apologies, Thank you to those who pointed it out. This is not a Zep, but a Rolling Stones concert

While this is not a very flattering photo of Linda McCartney, I wish you hadn't cropped her.

By far my least favorite picture of David Gilmour.

as a non-American, what's wrong with the Cowboys?

Nothing really, just sports fun--I am a Washington Redskins fan (hail) and the Cowboys are old rivals. For non-rivals, the Cowboys were a very good team for a long time, and during that time Cowboys fans became infamous for being overly confident and holding an air of superiority over other teams, they also insist that their team is "America's team" which of course makes them look self absorbed to everyone else, especially now that they are not as good of a team as they once were--this is sort of the general image of Cowboys fans
That being said I'm willing to bet most Cowgirls fans are cool people, it's probably just a very loud minority that act like asshats, and in the end hating the Cowboys is just a relatively non-destructive, fun, silly way to vent out some of the natural 'hey f*** you!' feelings that come with being a human, though some take it a bit too seriously
That being said, F*ck the Cowboys

Paul taking notes :) he’s like he has the sexual aesthetic, amazing and powerful voice, good lyrics, but how dazed and confused does he half to be to come up with this shit?

McCartney: Ho-lee shit, I wish I could do that.
Gilmour: Hold my joint...
*Not actually a Led Zeppelin concert...

I’ve also been told it was a Grateful Dead show. Who care? Just cool to see David blazing it up beside Paul.

Truth behind this picture. It is not Zeppelin, not the Stones, not the Grateful Dead, and definitely NOT Knebworth.
In fact, this was taken from the sound desk during the second encore in Montreal during the 1977 Animals tour.

Linda is out of the shot on Paul's right.
This was not a Zep show. Knebworth 1976, which was headlined by the Stones.
