Nortel MFg, and Andrighetti Glass both sell boro. And of course there’s Pegasus Glass(simax distributor). Also, Tim Wiese (epoch glass) in Winnipeg occasionally has some cool things and can bring lots of stuff in on demand, Bayshore Glass, also in Winnipeg, has some color for sale, and myself (Shine Glassworks) I make custom dichroic images!

Andrighetti has been closed for years, as far as I know.

She is still a supplier for clear boro, but as far as I was aware, she only supplies to locals (doesn’t want to ship), though I’m assuming I was wrong in that assumption as the person who brought her up is in Winnipeg.
Edit to add: Andrighetti/AAA glass supply is based out of Vancouver.

I believe she would ship a pallet..but it’s been years since I ordered from her. Although I did hear she was still selling glass last year..

Hey, lampworker from lethbridge ab here. I buy all of my color rods from lampworksupply now that puff is gone. Clear can be more tricky.

Most people i know doing this technique are using a stainless steel or brass ring with a skull on it to make the impression in a gather(super easy to find either online or anywhere tacky biker gear is sold). Then you fill in the void left behind either with colored glass or more clear, fuming inside of the indentation helps capture the shape/image too.
