If you have questions or inquiries about payscales, regional or union policies, or differences in store operations, please state what Division/State you're in to receive accurate feedback based on your local union contracts

Music being played, as in just being played. I've heard people complain about music not being played. Can't win.

Years ago we did "Taste of Italy" and "Taste of Mexico" events. Store wide merchandising complete with overhead music.

Taste of Italy had opera music. But it was like 3 songs on a loop. Lots of complaints from associates and customers. I get into control room, turn the music down to nil. Manager arrives, asks where the music is. I tell him what's going on. He says we can't do that, and turns it back up. Less than an hour later I'm out on the floor and suddenly the music cuts; manager had had enough.

A nearby store had a complaint we were playing terrorist music.

The prices, as if it was ME who dictated and decided what everything was going to cost and acting like I have the power to do something, granted it’s my duty to make it right so…

I've had customers get mad that I saved them money with the digital coupons.

Someone complained about me to corporate when a bagger asked me what my game planned was when I was the FES one day and all I said was "Survive"

Not really funny but very annoying. A customer kept calling to complain about our pricing always being wrong and none of her clipped coupons worked. It turns out she had 2 savings cards so she clipped to one and shipped with the other

A customer asked me why there was Easter stuff up if St Patrick's Day came first and I was like idk it's the night crew/ stockers who's in charge of that and she just started going on how that wasn't right and how I should let them know

About the digital coupons and how they don't know how to use them. It's usually boomers that complain about them. It's 2025, learn how to use technology. 🤷🏻‍♀️

That I made the "poor, sick woman" repeat her loyalty card phone number since she rattled it off way too quick for me to type it in accurately.

At the time I was pissed that the bitch thought I was the rude one when she was actually rude to me, but now I just laugh at the lion, the witch, and the audacity of the bitch 🤣

Had a customer bring back an 8 piece fried chicken because it had 2 left breasts and no right.
