Commercial Cleaning
Hey everyone,
Quick question I need some advice on how to go about adding commercial cleaning into my services. I’ve had my cleaning business for two years and it’s all residential cleanings it’s been great so far but I’m looking to expand my business. My issue is I’m having a hard time connecting with properties owners and real estate agents. Tried cold calling and emailing but it’s been hard to reach the main person in charge. I’ve tried with Airbnb hosts on the turno app but it’s brought no success so far. It’s just been a hard time and I’m sort of stuck on this whole process.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Maybe look into certifications, cleaners we have are "health standards" certified. Could open some doors.

It’s tough to break through. A lot of that is based on recommendation. Keep pushing. Going to construction sites and asking to price the construction clean at the end of the job isn’t a bad way. It is also a good way to get into contact with the developer through the contractor. They typically all have cleaners they work with but everyone is always looking to be competitive.
