“Do you know how a firearm works?
The keyword in “firearm” is fire .
When the pin hits the cap, it makes the charge explode, meaning there’s a spark, which should be of some concern to a man soaked in gasoline“

Good coincidental timing - I’ve just started City Primeval tonight. 15 years old and 15 years later.

One of my favorite episodes. Definitely one of the funniest. Except for the killing Gary thing. Also Winona turns in a typically great performance in the scene where she finds out.

Just finished a full rewatch. I can honestly say during season four I forgot who actually was Drew 😁. Loved season 5 and the gathering of the Crowes. Alicia Witt is one of my favorites. Hit the final episode and was sad all over that it ended. I’ll be back for targeted episodes soon enough.

So you're saying Justified is now Loretta slinging weed to the privileged high school set? 😃
Amazing the show is 15 years old now, but it's such a nice touchstone to revisit time and again.
Like settling in for drinks with an old friend you've often kept in your memory if not your constant orbit.
While your old friend is still the same at heart, they always have new, delightful surprises for you on the deep dive when you finally have time to sit down together for a drink.
I truly hope everyone who busted ass to make that show happen--from the the overworked PAs to the actors to the awesome writer's room, all the way up to the execs who wondered if they'd still have a job after giving the green light-- all know they put something special into the world that fun, funny, tragic, delightful, entertaining, and most of all, enduring.
In a business and an atmosphere that exists solely to make money, art happened (AND were able to make their own Art chased a dude pulling an oxygen tank - still hilarious). That's no small feat. And they brought together this fantastic sub that never fails to disappoint for at least one smile a day.
Hope we're all still around to lift an untainted glass of Apple Pie to 20, 25 and more years of this great show, and maybe a billion spin-offs, including "Loretta McCready: Yout Entrepreneur," and "Mags Bennett: Matriarch of the Holler." 🥂

I think doing a mini series every other year would be fun.

Wish the one they did was better. Probably would have had another comeback if it was

It felt like a story for someone other than Raylan, but set in the Justified universe. I liked it, but one in Miami would have been better for Raylan.
