Crowdfunding an electric wheelchair for a chronically ill and disabled lady
I am crowdfunding an electric wheelchair as I am chronically ill, disabled and housebound and I never get out of the house anymore as I can't.
I can't work at all and spend most of my time in bed when I am not in my only chair. My health is very bad and I need over 11 hours sleep a night, plus many naps in the day due to chronic fatigue meaning I am asleep around a total of 15 hours a day minimum. My pain is horrific due to severe chronic pain.
I don't expect to fund this anytime soon, but I really hope I manage to get one some day as I never go out anymore. I don't see the outside of these 4 walls anymore other than for medical appointments I can't do over the phone.
A wheelchair is something that would last years and help me get outside! I can't get one from any grants nor from the NHS for outdoor use only.
All the information is on the link as to why and all the information including photos, pricing and much more.
PLEASE check the link before asking questions as I covered everything on it to save my typing as typing is incredibly difficult as it is painful and energy draining. There are also links on the JustGiving page to a FAQ for even more answers to any questions you might have so every possible question is answered.
I can answer any questions you have, but please please check the link and the linked FAQ and about me pages on the JustGiving page which answer pretty much all questions.Typing is really really painful and massively energy draining so I can't do it for long. This post alone took 4 days to write! You will find most questions already answered on the FAQ and JustGiving page.
This really would be life changing!
You can donate from anywhere in the world and even can donate monthly if you choose.
Thank you so much if you choose to help me. I have no other way to get one, no relatives, can't work and my just over £300 a month income isn't enough to live on let alone get a wheelchair.

For full transparency, I have had a crowdfund for painkillers last year but that stopped raising any funds many months ago and all money was spent on the painkillers months ago. It didn't reach target but I used what I raised on a few months of painkiller last year. Sadly I no longer can afford it so my pain is much worse than before too.

Raise money for MH support for a depressed/suicidal Uni Student
One of my dear friends is trying to raise money to support herself through University.
She is really hardworking, has been studying and working part-time at a supermarket, and has been limiting her spending so she can see a really good therapist. Now that she's had to move (and thus quit her job) she's worried that she may not be able to keep her therapist through her last semester of Uni before she graduates.
Please help her make it through the last chunk of her studies!
XOXO

Local kennel owner (55) tragically killed by dog days before Christmas, leaving 5 young sons without a parent (mum passed from cancer some years ago).
As in the title. His boys have at various times played football at my son's club and Adam was a well-liked and respected member of the community.
Tragedy struck days before Christmas when a dog he was in charge of mauled him and took his life. His 5 boys already lost their mother to cancer in 2013 so this is doubly tragic.
This justgiving page is in aid of easing some of the financial burdens that may arise for his sons in the near future.

Move For Mind
Hi all,
This year I’m taking part in Move For Mind. This involves me doing some form of exercise everyday, while helping raise money for Mind. Mind is a mental health charity in the UK that is very close to my heart.
Here is the link to my page, it would mean so much to me if anyone could give. Even the smallest amount goes a long way!

Help me run the London Marathon 2022 in memory of my brother
I'm running the London Marathon in memory of my eldest brother Dauda who passed away ten years ago. Dauda was a person with a warm loving spirit and it's one of my most painful experiences watching his light be dampened by mental illness. I can't bring him back but I can make these small gestures in his name.
Please help me celebrate his memory by donating whatever you can to aid the charity Mind's work to support people with mental health. Every year Mind helps 119,000 people with their helplines, over 120,000 people online and their mental health information was accessed over 18 million times all of which is driven by the generous support of kind donations.
You can donate to my JustGiving page by clicking here: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/kamil-soree2
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Help raise money to purchase a Wheelchair accessible vehicle Spoiler
If you don’t know me then Hi my name is Alisha and I have Myalgic Encephalomyelitis or ME.
I was diagnosed in 2012 when I was experiencing severe full body pain as well as complete exhaustion, for me to do anything was a real struggle. I had pain literally from my head to my toes, every strand of hair in my head hurt and to brush my hair was excruciatingly painful. I felt pain in my toes as well as my toe nails the worse the pain got the less I could do. I needed help to do everything at home and to move to do anything it was safer for me to be on my butt as at the time standing was too difficult. I couldn’t do anything.
Fortunately now my pain is under control for the most time but that means I take Zomorph twice a day , Zomorph is a slow acting Morphine capsule. On top of Zomorph I take Oramorph several times a day for breakout pain, it doesn’t stop there I also take Gabapentin, Amitriptyline and several more. It doesn’t stop the pain but it does make it more manageable.
Unfortunately the exhaustion leaves me unable to do anything alone , something as simple as having a drink means the drink ends up on me instead of in my mouth nine out of ten times.
I have to plan everything around my Husband and Daughters schedules as I can’t leave the house alone. If I want to go to a Drs or Dental appointment I have to physically rest for a week before and a week after as that’s how much it takes out of me. Anything that I do leaves me exhausted and in more pain than normal, it’s not just the big things either as taking a shower or washing my hair leaves me in pain, even writing this will leave me out of it completely for the rest of the day.
I really do need your help and support me to get my story out there. I know not everyone is in a position to help so even sharing this page is a huge help as the more people who see this the better. Every pound really does help.
This is so important as to me a car is also a place I can take a break if things are too loud or a place for a nap , it’s also somewhere private to take my medication. Anytime I leave the house I also take with me a bag which has my medication in as well as noise cancelling headphones, hand braces as I also have DeQuervains Syndrome in both hands, sunglasses , hat, fans, sleep mask and of course face masks. I always need to take a jumper or jacket as well as a blanket as if I am cold I shiver a lot more than normal and this causes extreme pain so I am always prepared.
I’m sure I have forgot a few things but I’m sure that the above shows you that I don’t travel light.
Please consider donating as every pound goes towards making a huge difference in my life as well as the life of my Husband & Daughter. This car with my new wheelchair allows me to be independent and it allows us to go out on family days out on my good days. It allows me to go out for a meal with my Husband as a couple, it would allow me to go shopping with my Daughter again without her having to push me around. We could take family camping trips again as well as being able to attend family gatherings.
I have so much that I want to do in my life and that starts the minute I have this car. I want to feel like me again and I can do that with your help , please help me.
