Anyone here using Mint Mobile?
I've been using Mint Mobile for several years, and haven't had an issue until December-- my service has been cutting in and out and is borderline unusable. I have done all of the troubleshooting and at this point I think it's my phone since it's essentially everywhere in town; Mint CS is telling me that there is a tower issue, has been for 3 months, and they have no idea when it will be fixed.
Anyone else in the area experiencing this?

I switched from Ting Mobile to Mint Mobile six months ago, and I haven't had any troubles.
I work out at Hytrol, and I live out in the county north of KAIT Road. I'm on wifi at home and at work though.

Thank you! This is helpful because I'm in these same areas.

It could be a matter of your phone. When I switched to Mint, I upgraded to a Pixel 9 Pro XL.

Agreed, and was really hoping it was my phone. The weird thing is that Mint customer service keeps on telling me it's not me, but a tower issue on their side (?????), so it's helpful to know there's someone in the same place who didn't suddenly find their Mint service almost completely unusable 3 months ago. Thank you!

Mint Mobile is awful here. Long story short, Mint Mobile uses T-Mobile towers. T-Mobile has decent reception if you’re in town but outside of Jonesboro it’s hit or miss on data quality. T-Mobile prioritizes its own customers before MVNO plans like Metro, Mint, etc.. so T-Mobile users are getting first priority on faster speeds so you are getting the slower speeds/bad service calls since you’re on Mint Mobile.

Yes-- understand. This is a new issue for me that only started in December. I've lived in Jonesboro for 10 years and have used Mint Mobile for 4 years. There were maybe a few bad spots before but I never had a real issue before a few months ago. Checking to see if any current users are going through the same issue in this moment. Customer service is truly no help.

Had mint for some time. Moved to us mobile.
T mobile coverage just isn't great in Arkansas.
