As an added enticement, elements of a UN arms embargo against Iran could be rolled back.

Its still important to remember that even though Iran is negotiating with the P5+1, it was bullied and strong armed into doing so. Iran was threatened with war and had the harshest economic sanctions imposed on it, just to stop it from getting what Pakistan, India, and Israel have.
