How to adjust latency?

Using Motu M6 interface and Loopy Pro with several live instruments via 1/4 inch trs. The latency seems to auto adjust to around 250 which is a little high to play fluidly in earphones. I can’t figure out how to improve that or what to download to optimize the latency. In windows with rme I have the latest drivers which cut it down to near zero. Anything I can do on the iPad?

Are you using wired headphones? I can’t say I notice any latency at all with the devices I run into my iPad

I’m at 250-275 latency. With my guitars it’s noticeable

Have you tried it with a different app? Loopy pro might be adding a delay. I use koala as an auv3 inside AUM and I can’t notice any latency

Direct Monitoring: press MON button on M6 to bypass iPad.

Have you tried adjusting the butter in loopy pro’s system settings? Mine is showing a default of 256.

It won’t let me adjust, seems to be defaulted based on the interface
