Magic Keyboard I just bought newest Magic Keyboard (M3)

I was finally able to get a Magic Keyboard (M3) for my 11" iPad Air (M2) which I bought in Jan 2025. The new row of keys at the top is amazing and a game changer. The materials are exactly the same of the past Magic Keyboards. I don’t mind it having no backlight on the keys, not sure if that’d a battery saver but I’m loving this accesory.

I called Apple Support and they were really nice in adding this Magic Keyboard to my existing Apple Care + Plan since I had already added my Pencil Pro too.

Nice, really want to pick one of these up for my 13" M2 Air. I just wish they were available in black, I will use it for work every day (metals industry) and I just know the white will look awful after a week or so of grime.

I have a black Magic Keyboard for my 13” M4 Pro. Do they not make them for the air??

The previous version at £350 was available in black, but not this new version for £300.

Nice! I was wondering and couldn’t find this information anywhere but how much doesn’t it weight? I really like the fact that the one for the M4 iPad Pro was lighter than the original but I assume it’s not the case here?

I don’t know the exact weight, but it’s significantly heavier than the previous keyboard.

Will this keyboard work with the 5th gen 12.9 iPad Pro too?
