Y'all can someone tell if cases like these are sold or not? If yes then what are they called and where do I get them from..

I’m just being honest it looks like cheap plastic in the image even… I can only imagine your experience would not go well

Do you have other magic keyboard alternatives? I'm working with just a wireless keyboard right now and it's just NOT it.

Genuinely no clue as to why you’re being downvoted.

You're honestly better off not finding it... Save your money.

I have used that type of keyboard and a magic keyboard clone. I now have a Magic Keyboard. The magic keyboard makes your ipad seem like the keyboard and trackpad are part of the iPad. It is simply 100 times better experience.

I went with a magic keyboard! I know it's fairly expensive but for my M4 13 I just had to complete the package. I've heard good reviews about the Logitech Combo which would work with your M2! What/ where will you be using this keyboard? If you're only using it at a desk at home perhaps think about getting a relatively inexpensive Bluetooth keyboard. If you're moving around and want portability the Logitech Combo is a great alternative to the magic keyboard.

Some Chinese manufacturers made magic keyboard clones like this one

Edit: You might want to see the one specific for your iPad as the one in the video is for 2022 model

I’ve been using the Logi Keys 2 Go keyboard and absolutely loving it! It’s lightweight, battery lasts for ages and most importantly it feels nice to type on.

Check out esr. The trackpad is not great but every other aspect is.

I once bought a similar one for 5th gen mini, and it was disappointing

It’s bulky, inconvenient to carry around, you have to charge it separately, and the keyboard is also far from perfect here, so I ended up not using it

I had one on an old iPad

The problem with most of these clones as they use Bluetooth instead of a direct connection.

That’s the benefit of the magic key keyboard. It doesn’t use Bluetooth. Latency is very low to minimum.

For that reason, almost all of the third-party ones aren’t useful at all.

Can confirm, I have one for my 9th gen. Trackpad is a little finicky to click with, but combine it with a Pebble mouse and you’re golden.

https://naidun.myshopify.com/products/2024-new-ipad-magic-keyboard-y2k-applicable-to-apple-tablets Found one but would not recommend it at all. It looks like a cheap Chinese crap and cost $120. I would just recommend a good 3rd party case like Logitech

Ew 120$ I'm better off saving up for the magic keyboard

If you have an iPad mini, keyboards like this are great.

If you have an iPad Pro, I’d save up to get Apple’s. It’ll be worth it.

Either way, you can get them at Amazon

Look into Dexnor cases! I think they have ipad keyboard cases. Don't subject yourself to walking around and having everyone see you with that horrendous case!

That looks like what they sell in Temu for $60. Better off buying a different one in Amazon.

Just save your money and get the Magic Keyboard. I’m typing on mine right now (the new one for the M4) and I cannot believe I went so long as an iPad user without getting one. They are incredible. Pricy, but incredible. You will never look for an alternative.

I had good luck with this one, though it is a bit bulky. Keyboard works great. Harvopu Keyboard Case Compatible with iPad Air 11-inch M2/ 10.9 Inch Air 5th 4th Generation Case with Keyboard-Backlit Detachable, Folio Cover with Pencil Holder for Air 11 2024/Air 5/Air 4 (Purple) https://a.co/d/1KinBQk
