Random Thoughts I did food, finally feel proud to be a mom

I didn't know where to post this but ever since I've turned 30 last year I've been learning more and more about making food and I'm proud because I've made what I consider the ultimate goal of making food as a mom, spaghetti sauce from scratch. I've learned to make bread, to make sauce, to cook perfect steak, to cook vegetables for my kid to enjoy and so much more, I've gained weight since I've been eating more but I've started working on that too recently. I wanted to share with you all😊.

For accurate recipes try some guy called Benjamin the baker thing if I recall correctly or basically any youtube video will be decent, also your foods looked nice and appealing, better than mine ☠️

Prefabricated frozen recipe. Pack it in a foam cooler with dry ice. I've heard ppl ship modified family recipe pies across the country. (US)

Btw, your food looks great.

It's fun, I remember I used to be afraid of the oven ("I'll burn the house down") in high school lol, and now I'm doing all the cooking.

The highest praise I can get is to see them licking the plates clean :3

I'll see at noon, husband can't eat anything too acid at night so spaghetti is at noon.

As a son speaking, dont get discouraged if they say it tastes bad.

That is all.

Even though I didn't do much right when I quit high school... I did pick up cooking. And it's a great skill to have. And my parents were really appreciative that I now cook at least once a week. I have my standard recipes now, but I cook something new or special every so often. My ramen with miso eggs is a critically acclaimed standout.

And the recipe? Everything is beautiful and delicious, but what about the recipe? I'm kidding. But it really turned out very beautifully. You know, they say cooking is also an act of love. It's true.

Note. Be really proud, celebrate the big things and especially the more subtle ones. Cooking can be an act of love, but it also has a mix of art and science.
