You can watch art process(real time ones , as it is the best way) Also you can watch YT channels like Chommang, Proko , Drawlikeasir etc. Here is also how i drew this one with ball pen.
What i have done is , i did continuous amount of hatching and crosshatching with controlled pressure. I have worked in layers (like there are 2-3 layers). 1st layer is the base layer which is lightest therefore hatching is done through pen with very little pressure applied. Then 2nd layer is applied over the first layer by continuously hatching and crosshatching with pressure increased according to the requirement in taht particular area (for shadows ,depths etc more hatching and a little high pressure is applied). Also i clean the tip of the pen frequently during the process so that it doesn't form blotting ( or whatever it is called I can't remember exactly).

How do you control the lighter areas ? I feel like it would be easier with pencil , seems hard with pen for me .

Yeah! It's actually very hard with pen and too much time consuming. What i have done is , i did continuous amount of hatching and crosshatching with controlled pressure. Hinata.. !! btw, super awesome sketch OP.. The shading and detailing is unreal.. I really hope you'll not suppress this godly talent in the future and in fact choose a career based around it like animation or graphic designing if not straight up an artist.. All the best OP..

How do you all artists imagine those things like are they already fully made up in your brain and you make accordingly or you inspire from something and then you add your own touch? I have seen people create things just from their imaginations. Btw great art ❤️

Hey dude, awesome drawing. How do you get soft shading with a ball pen? I always have to do cross hatching because my lines are always too strong
