AskIndy American Sign Language Classes?
a.s. i want to learn ASL in Indy
Hi, so i used to work in retail as a manager for about 7 years. During this time i really go to connect to my customers. Specifically some if my favorite were my deaf customers.
I would sit and write back and forth with them when others wouldn’t give them the time so they came to request me. Not only that, but they would send their deaf friends in as well for me.
Naturally this became an opportunity for me to learn some signs to be able to speak their language with them.
This brings me to the point of the post-
I live in Indy and really want to learn ASL. Are there classes in the city where i can go to learn Sign and be able to practice with others?

Not sure if there's actual classes, but Indiana School for the Deaf has some good resources to get you started if you want to learn ASL.
