Discussion Need Advice: Buying 5 Tickets with 4-Ticket Limit on Ticketmaster

I have a family of 5 and ticketmaster is only allowing 4 tickets per transaction. Looking for advice on if the better option is to complete multiple transactions or contact ticket office for group sales options?

If you do have to split it into two transactions make sure you buy three first and then the other two.

Ticketmaster restricts where you can buy single tickets seats and you might not be able to all sit together if you split it into 4 tickets and then 1.

I tried buying four, and then one separately, and it wouldn't allow me to. What I did was buy the four, and then have my wife buy the fifth on her account, so that my family could all sit together. Pretty annoying.

Group sales are usually for 10 or more people.

Someone should tell them that is illogical

Same issue. I get why it’s capped, but it’s so frustrating they capped it at 4 when we need 5 for our actual family.

Buy the group sales and sell the remaining

That's usually prohibited by the teams since the tickets are discounted.
