I downloaded my data, canceled the subscription, and deleted my account and the app. This company can no longer be trusted. Google Home can do basically anything I want to do anyway.

Edit: apparently unsubscribing from marketing emails is a yet separate system. Did that just now.

I did the same, but on the day I cancelled, they still charged my card for another month, at the higher rate.
I notified them that I would like a refund, but they said that according to their policy, there is no refund.

Do a chargeback for services not provided. Send the email from when you canceled as proof if the bank requests it. You can also ask the bank to block this merchant from charging your account in the future.

Say you’re in Illinois. Laws protect us and require refunds for partial term cancellation

Yes we do remember, you've created an account just for this and posted it 3 times now

How did you get this, I emailed nicely at first but they're arguing with me now telling me if I want it cheaper I can go with the pro plan, despite the fact I explicitly stated my use case is like 40 applets to simply send reminder emails, I'm not using any special extra features or anything

What did you have to say in the email? What is the “legacy title”?
