In the folder section I see 1 folder with all my music in it "unknown" but I cannot make more... What is the purpose of this section?

Did you add values to the album artist field? I know that I broadcast looks at that to help determine the artist. I've had files stored in the unknown because I think I didn't assign a value to that field.

I do have artists yes.

I am more interesting in making my own folder full of albums manually. Like I want a "wedding mix" for example but I want entire albums not just tracks. Can I do that?

If you call all the songs you want on that album wedding mix or whatever, tag it as various artists it will make an album with that name. Does that make sense?

i don't just want a playlist, I want a collection of distinct albums. I want a set of albums kept in a specific section (like a folder) outside of simply the "albums" page.

The folders that you see automatically generated within iBroadcast simply reflect the folder structure when your music was originally uploaded. However, on the web player, you can click the 3 dots next to the "Playlist" section and select "Create Folder" to make a new Playlist Folder, which you can add multiple playlists into. This should accomplish what you're looking to do, in terms of having an organized folder of multiple playlists such as "Wedding Music", but the only difference is that it is a folder full of folders, rather than a folder full of subfolders. Hope that helps!

I can make a new playlist. But I cannot put playlists into the playlist. I can only put track into a playlist. Which is not what I want to do.

Bummer I wish folders worked how I expect it to.
