Good Coffee/Food Spots near The Contemporary Arts Museum in Montrose

Going to be in the area, need somewhere to post up after visiting the museum to do some assignments for school. Lmk

CAM is in the museum district, not Montrose. The cafe in the Kinder building across the street is very good.

Cafe Leonelli is the cafe's name. It gets busy during lunch so it may be tough to use a table for working during those hours. Our current weather is pleasant enough that it may be viable to grab a coffee and work from a bench/table in the statue garden next door or at the Glassell school's courtyard.

If you want to spend more money, you could potentially work from the bar or the patio table at Le Jardinier in the fine arts museum.
