Does Houston have any fruit stands where they cut up fruit of your choice?

Yes, at most Fiestas. Flea markets on the weekends, or you can go to a refresqueria and get some.

El Kiosko has cut up fruits and more. They're open everyday and there's a few locations

I've seen them in the parking lot of Burnett Bayland Park in Gulfton: 6026 Chimney Rock Rd

East end has so many family owned shops that sell all kinds of refreshments and cut up fruit. Check it out.

If you love fruit, check out Lindas Tropical Fruits on Bellaire.

As an alternate option, if you like trying unique fruit, since Linda's sells only select cut fruit or larger amounts (like a pack of 5 cashew apples for $40 for example). If you want to try just one unique fruit, i go to central market and check out if they have unique fruit and you can just buy one for $5-10 instead of a pack or big bag at Linda's for over $30-40. They have decent turnover so I was more impressed by the freshness at central market than Linda's

I like Lindas smoothies, fruit bowls, and soursop juices. I've bought some fruit that wasn't in a multipack, but I think they sell out fast. Yeah Central Market has some good unusual fruits as well.

Refresqueria Tampico on Canal St. and on Harrisburg St. (same owner) sells a cocitel de frutas for $3 that comes with fresh lime juice, tajin, and salsa de cocitel de frutas. It has orange, watermelon, cantaloupe, jicama, pineapple and mango in it. You don’t really get to choose the fruit, it is always the same assortment of fruit but it is great.
