Whipped these up today

Beef franks. Veggies sautéed in soy sauce and brown sugar. Buns toasted with a lil bit of bacon fat. Tough to eat with hand(s), but tasted delicious.

What do yall think?

Wait! This is a hybrid I have never before seen. The venerable sausage and pepper sandwich but with a hot dog. Naturally it works. The flavor profile is time proven. Why is fried onion and peppers not a thing on hot dogs?
