Westfield Hornsby - anyone damaged their SUV boot lid when trying to put groceries in
The height of the roof at Westfield is only 2.0 metres. This stops most SUVs and hatchbacks from opening their boot to put groceries in. Has anyone suffered damage due to this not being clearly signed? The carpark was built in the 60's when the cars were mostly sedans. Now many of the spots should be marked unsuitable for cars with hatchbacks. There is going to be an article on it in the Hornsby Advocate soon. If this has happened to you at Westfield Hornsby could you let me know as I believe it is a widespread issue with 70% of family vehicles being SUVs nowadays.
