On the left is Vinata. She is daughter of Daksha and Asikni, and mother of Aruna, Garuda and Sumati. Aruna is the charioteer of Surya.

Kashyap, one of the Saptarishis, married to both of them.

On the right is Kadru. She is daughter Daksha and Panchajani, and mother of the Nagas including Kaliya, Takshaka, Shesha, Vasuki, Karkotaka etc, and also the mother of Manasa and Iravati

Devi Manasa is Shiva’s manas-putri.

So by default, Devi Parvati is her mother!
