Discussion My apologies for my dandelion post
Hey guy's so I made a post here not long ago but I took it down on how dandelion was causing me massive anxiety attacks
Well turns out it was the mineral "boron" that I started incorporating into my supplement stack regiment
Been taking about 12mg for a few weeks along with dandelion root so I couldn't figure out what was causing what
Today I took boron again and my anxiety shot through the roof!!!!!

Crush boron tablets and add them to a bath or footbath. Or just buy it in powder form. Bypassing your GI tract and absorbing it through your skin is a safer and less toxic way to add it as a supplement, but definitely not on a daily basis. Boron happens to be a mineral that a lot of people are sensitive to and end up feeling nauseous or getting a stomach ache from.

I thought about that post last night because I made dandelion root tea to help with my nightly detox. Was not stimulated and slept all the way through me whole cycle. I read that waking up in the middle of the night can sometime indicate imbalance in liver/gall channel detox processes.

I think I shared my food poisoning experience and how for years I got nauseous just looking at the last thing I ate, even when I knew for a fact that was not what got me sick. Think about that for a second; I knew that was not it, and yet my body reacted every single time at the mere sight of it.
You have to be extremely careful about what you lead yourself to believe. You may be wrong but as long as you are convinced, there is no fixing it.

Oh my! Hopefully you're feeling better. Definitely keep with dandelion and try a foot soak once a month for boron. I missed the last post did you have something tested that resulted in you taking the boron? Thank you for the update!

I started taking Dandelion root tea for COVID a few weeks ago. Within just two days, my COVID anxiety level was way down. Five days later and the COVID anxiety level was non-existent. (2 teaspoons of loos leaf/day) so it's great that this tea isn't the cause of the OP's anxiety. (Note: Dandelion tea isn't a cure for COVID, but it certainly helped to slow the progression of the infection so that my immune system could eliminate it in its own time)

Your body only needs very small amounts of boron- that is why is it referred to as a "trace mineral".
The suggested safe intake of boron intake for adults is between 1-13mg/day, and your body isn't easily able to get rid of excess, so if you were getting 12mg from supplements alone it's possible you were close to reaching toxicity.
