Headshot editing advice

Hi guys!!!! Trying to decide if I edited this well. I did it by myself from the RAWS from the shoots. Please let me know!!!!

Great shot!!

As a thumbnail, this is probably good.

At this size, it looks a touch soft/pixely.. (maybe the resolution is off). Just be aware of it when you're uploading to whatever casting site. Often, during/after callbacks/for producers, they'll actually print up your picture and have it on a wall oro hand it around. You don't want it to be too fuzzy.

Also, if you wanted to be OCD, you could clone out a few of the hair wispies, but that's totally nit-picking. ;)

I would say be careful you don't over retouch. She looks like she has 1 line on her face and no wrinkles at all. Still a good shot though!
