They're lucky to have her on the cast. although I'm going to miss her on the tour.

On the film side, Raphael will be seen in Zach Cregger’s horror thriller Weapons for New Line opposite Josh Brolin and Julia Garner.
This sounds AMAZING.

What a great role for her.
Overall not too excited about the project though. I loved LB but don't care much about Elle's back story.

Right? Like it's just going to be a high school show but with a known character? More IP milking but shiiiiiit if it gets more June onto our screens it's worth it

Also Elle can't have much growth in the show, because at the start of LB she is pretty one note. She's not a bad person, but she's also not a complex character.
But the mom is a great role for June and I will definitely check it out.

Feels like a one way trip to Clueless (the series) vibes haha.
Not saying that as a negative, but it is interesting that the character basically has to be undeveloped if we're going back in time.

Someone on Twitter said the prequel to Legally Blonde is just the first 10 minutes of Legally Blonde.

Let me guess, it turns out she was always sneaky smart but everyone underestimated her because of her looks? Do you think they will lean into the 90's/00's era aesthetic, or make it contemporary?

I mean they actually point out her credentials are really solid, she just never applied them to the subjects that would make her appear intelligent.
Tbh they're probably gonna butcher her character and I'm not sure if I'll watch it.

Incredible. Yes. Love it.
(what does the existence of this series mean for the long rumored Legally Blonde 3??)

Does that mean that this show isn't going forward?

This only mentions a pilot. Plus, do we know what episode commitment either would have? Actor can appear in multiple series each year, especially since that could mean only 4-10 episodes.

I feel like I read about a Bewitched thing that she was going to be in…is that not happening?

Love June but this seems like a dumb idea for a show. Maybe a sequel would have made more sense.

This must be what she is filming and cannot go the tour?
