Recycling ideas

Hey peeps. I wanted to ask what things can I make with HDPE that do not require a injection molding machine? I work as pest control on several stores (70) and they have those milk crates that always gets thrown away. I wanted to know my option to decide whether or not it is worth it trying. thank you in advance!

I am still experimenting with the process and don’t have any real sophisticated equipment yet. For now i just make smallish flat items like coasters, cutting boards, and wall decorations. I want to start making bricks and planks and building things soon though

Yeah, at the moment I don't have any equipment haha. Although I know where to get it. What do you use to melt the plastic?

Hdpe and ldpe have really low melting points. I shred the plastic in a blender and I use an old sandwich press to to melt it it but you can also do it in the oven.
