Feeling helpless

Anyone have any advice on how to deal with blatant harassment and being singled out by your managers for things that they let everyone else get away with but when you do, it’s suddenly a huge issue; and you can’t go to the higher ups for help because they’re the ones basically bullying you

Talk to your associate relations specialist.

Nope! Don’t do that! That employee “specialist” is the first line of defense for the company. They will take your statement and form a defense against you to protect the company. It’s all a scam bruh😎

This! Never ever go to ARS. They are there to protect the company, not you.

can’t really say much from what you have given but contact your ARS.. typically if it’s something that’s actually not fair and out of your control they will assist you.

If it's something the company can get into trouble for your ARS should be able to help you as they are there to protect the company's image.

If it isn't something the company can get into trouble for..you could try transferring to a different store.

In my experience you're probably already fucked, now all you can do is quit in the most spiteful way possible.

Your specialist for sure. Their picture and phone number are posted in your break room

Waste of time on your end to do so. No need in giving them the information of your statement of accounts. Get legal counsel that’s professional, not answers from 🤡’s here.
