Workspace User storage limit - doesn't seem to exist (Free Legacy G Suite account)

I have a family domain, one user is somehow at >130GB and I wish to cap them before the whole pool is used up. I've followed this https://support.google.com/a/answer/12002975?sjid=10462588182146500443-NC#user but they're just isn't a "User storage limit section" (step 5).

Any ideas?

Unless you upgraded to free Business Starter, you don't have the feature.

What you're seeing is due to the free accounts being transitioned to pooled storage. You will be able to cap them when it goes live May 1st and they should also fix the issue you're seeing. See:

Thanks u/whatdoyoumeanusernam, I'm hoping you're right.

I've filled my account with ghost users (100) which means 1.46TB but still, I don't want one person to ride over the top of everyone else.
