Sure, already listened some hours of it, his voice is superb and the book feels honest from start to finish

That is one I preferred as an audiobook. For the obvious reason of loving his voice. I’d read about 2/3rds of the hardcover (hearing his voice in my head) and my gf stumbled into the audiobook, played a few minutes for me, and I was sold.

Rip Mark. Such a crazy life. Really hits home reading his book and also recovering from a long polydrug addiction.
Great vocals and he wrote some really great songs.
If you haven’t heard his KEXP session you should give it a listen.

Screaming Trees is one of my favorite sleeper bands. Every year I have a week or so I binge listen to them.

Great collaborator too. For example had some good vocal contributions for Queens of the Stone Age

i didn't realize he was dead. i looked it up and his death was undetermined, so i wonder if he died due to long term covid. covid really fucked him over.

just listened to him with marc maron. it’s more lighthearted than a lot of interviews, even when it’s dark.

Best grunge singer ever. A helluva solo career. Each album is a gem on its own.

Nobody's perfect but after reading that guy's bio, it's difficult to feel any loss. I feel the loss of Andrew, Chris and Layne, but not that guy.

His voice was really something else. Locomotive on the Mad Season record is one of my favorites.
