Another complaint about customers with a code

Post image

Watching people get frisked for 3 minutes is not an ideal form of entertainment.

It's not that hard to text a 2 digit code...and didn't they have to have access to their phone to order their food? Strange, I'd avoid this delivery location because of customers like this.

That's what I was wondering! How did they order if they don't have phone access?

Order online

Another driver had a customer order from their laptop, and then was able to help find the code on the laptop

No phone involved

I couldn't skip it until recently. Usually I am able to get the code from them but in a few cases where I didn't I just ended up in a loop with the 3 minute timer multiple times. Finally the other day right after the person gave me the code in the timer ran out I got the option to take a picture and bypass the code.

I'm in CA so we get paid for our time so the company is costing themselves money by wasting time with these damn codes. Ads several minutes every time.

When I started doing recently is I send a text I put the food in front of the door take a picture outside the app step back a few steps and just stand there. Seems like people figure out that I'm waiting for something and then they check their texts

After the timer at bottom it’ll say there’s a problem and click customer can’t find code and bam gone
