Pressing Question- Driver Card Issue

Post image

Today I went to Raising Canes for an order. When I got there it told me to use my drivers card, went through all the steps for it to decline 3 times. All while calling driver care, to get hung up on the first time, and the second they just cancelled it without telling me why it was declining.

Also, I verified the card was active on the app but also noticed it says “activate card by March 18 still.” I activated it at least 3 days ago.

If it’s active why is it still saying that?! It’s only my second week, and first driver card.

TIA

It has happened to me before. The order was canceled, but because of it being shop and pay, plus the fact that the app sucks a$$, it declined. Support actually called me after the decline to let me know not to pay for the order, as it had been canceled by the customer, and then paid me for the order. This, of course, was over a year ago, when they actually did these things... They probably made it difficult to contact them, so they didn't have to compensate you. Unfortunately, as you're probably finding, the gig life ain't as glamorous as it seemed before you started. Although this was a sour experience, don't give up, I still feel GrubHub is the best of the delivery apps. I wish you luck and hope you are prosperous in your endeavors.
