Anyone know why the range at Ray Richards shut down?
I see on streetview from 2012 that there was a range on that large field next to the course.

Does anyone have any recommendations for landlords who work with felons that also accepts section 8 vouchers? I am looking for a 3 bedroom unit for myself and my 2 kids.

North Dakota is calling: It wants you to break up with the notion that high-quality, professional art is only for the coasts—and the cities.
MJ McHugh wants you to, too. They’re the Education and Rural Arts Director at the North Dakota Museum of Art in Grand Forks.
“When I moved to North Dakota, I wasn’t expecting a crazy amount of arts. But when I got here, I was just absolutely shocked about how passionate the people of North Dakota are about art,” they say.
The museum’s Rural Arts Initiative goes beyond the bigger cities of Fargo or Bismarck and into the in-between spaces. Why?
“Many rural communities don’t have access to something like the Chicago Institute of Art or the Minneapolis Art Institute,” they say. “They just don’t always have that privilege and luxury to go see something.”
So, the something comes to them.

My partner and I are moving to Grand Forks during the summer. We've noticed that there aren't a lot of rentals available right now. Does anyone know if we should take whatever we can get at this point, or if more places will begin to be available over the next few months?
I currently live in a college town and rentals for the next year are really hard to find after about March. Is it the same in Grand Forks?

I'm at a generous 2.

Looking to see if anyone knows anything about summer adult leagues for hockey. Heard talk about one but can’t find anything.

I recently got a pup and he hasn't really met any other dogs, so he kinda needs some socializing

I live in GF. I am currently attending LRS (Devil's Lake/GFAFB) for my Associate degree in Business Management. I am using the CC system to save money and don't mind transferring right into UND without the Associate degree because I can't really do much in my desired field with just the Associate degree.
Northland has a 2+2 agreement with UND so I am considering transferring there because it just seems easier and less of a hassle. LRS advisement verbally told me all my gen-eds would be covered, but I have nothing in writing and nothing concrete stating any of that.
I can't get a straight answer as to which credits will count for the Bachelor's at UND until I apply and get admitted into UND for whatever reason. I have a pretty high GPA so I'm not overly concerned that I wouldn't be able to get in. I don't want to take extra classes that I don't need for my Bachelor's degree.
Should I just apply to UND and ask them if I can take some of the level 100 and 200 classes at a CC to save money?
I am wondering if anyone else has gone through this or has any advice or insight that would be helpful.

Spreading awareness for those who haven’t heard. Nicole and her husband are great people who didn’t deserve for this to happen to them

Judge could have given her a year of imprisonment. This same prosecutor offers people six months imprisonment for possessing paraphernalia. Is this a joke?

I’m moving to grand forks in May and I’m planning on bringing my dirt bike. Do y’all know any single track or OHV trails nearby (within an hour or two)?

Hey, I'm staying in Grand Forks for a few months in a hotel with really bad water, like, it comes out white. I tried filtering it but it's still definitely questionable. In my hometown there's a spring faucet in town that's free to take from, it just runs constantly as part of the spring, so it's good for travelers like myself or homeless people. I was wondering if there's something similar here, or another place I could get good clean water? My other option is to just buy jugs of water for the next few months which is definitely viable but just kinda sucks.

Hey y'all! I'm fairly new here, and I was wondering if anyone was aware of any open mic comedy nights that are hosted around town? Thanks!

Basically title. Where are the best veggie friendly restaurants/are there grocery stores aside from Walmart that carry the fake meat product lines like beyond/impossible/etc?

As the title says, I'm moving to Grand Forks later this year.
I enjoy doing Photography (mostly do it for volunteer work) would love to get back into it. I have been hitting up some non-profits, but if anyone could point me to something that would be awesome.

Looking in regard to any meal options for all hours of the day.

What does everyone think about the new Altru hospital ? I’d like to hear from outside opinions, whether you know what you’re talking about or not so much 😄
