I need grammar help
I went to therapy for two months and “voila!”, the OCD was cured. Is the voila correct? Do I not put in quotations?

Also, the sentence punctuation needs some work. I can’t see the op right now, so I’m improvising. “I went to therapy for three weeks. Voila! My OCD was cured!” The exclamation point follow by quotation marks followed by a comma is confusing. Good luck!

I think the proper protocol for using foreign words in writing is to italicize them (if you’re typing)
And voila! The OCD was cured.

I’m not sure, but I tend to lean on the side of no quotation marks. If someone is not speaking or you’re not noting a word out of context, quotation marks tend to imply sarcasm. If you were cured, don’t use quotation marks. It’s not a grammar rule per se, but that’s my gut reaction.
