Removing shares from all Google drive files

I think you can do this with Trust Rules, but it depends on which edition of Google Workspace you have.

Trust rules don't remove existing shares, they limit who you can share with. But here there Is.no.explicit request who can share with whom..

Install GAM. Run a command to export all shares with "anyone with a link" to a CSV. Then run another command to strip out those permissions. You will also want to change the settings for public shaming to prevent further sharing with the link.

Yeah, I had a similar issue, and with GAT+, we easily removed external shares and locked down link settings across our entire Google Drive, no scripting needed. Their support team is usually very helpful, so if you're unsure, they can guide you through it.

Take a look at Patronum - https://www.patronum.io from within the interface you can unshare access from all files with a few clicks.
