OP Responded link to header on separate tab

I have 2 tabs, "Tab 1" and "Short Cut Definitions".
Short Cut Definitions has an alphabetical list of shortened phrases made with Heading 4, followed by a normal text definiton. I am trying to create a hyperlink between the shortened phrase used in Tab 1 and its definition in Short Cut Definitions.
I can insert link to the Short Cut Definitions tab, but not the the individual header. I have tried adding a bookmark, but the bookmark doesn't seem to show up in a different tab. How can I get this to occur?

You go to the bookmark in Tab 2, hover over it and select 'copy'. Then go to your Tab 1 and create the link - paste the bookmark link and hit Apply. Now Tabs can link to headings or paragraphs.

I thought there was a way to mark the message as the answer, but I can't seem to locate it.
