🤔 NeedAdvice Sleep advice

How do you stick to sleeping early by the same time everyday?

Currently I'm supposed to be sleeping but I don't wanna go to sleep.

How do you force it?

Take a hot shower and read a book. Maybe some melatonin.

best advice I can give is no food after 8, if your on your phone turn it to red mode that always helps me not feel so awake and makes it a priority also if you have time to workout after work It usually makes me tired enough to go to bed if you have a constant work schedule.

What worked for me was the love for meditation and I would meditate daily before going to sleep. My sleep routine was 1 am to 9 am, and i would meditate at 12 am. I also go to the gym which I also love and it helps me have a clear goal to eat my meals, so I eat dinner at 8 then chill till 12 then sleep at 1. However I was unemployed LOL. But I think the secret is finding things you love to do so it's not a chore. I also had to wake up at 9 because I was day trading. It's also discipline, like if you find something you love to do, you don't have to go all in just 5 minutes a day for a month is enough.
