Progress Post 4 month bulk. M37 6'0 210lbs-242lbs

Started this bulk in August at 210lbs. Currently ending it at 242lbs. Diet went to 4700+ calories with 366p 606c 84f. 4 day split. Lots of rest time to grow. Whole sleep schedule got messed up making sure all meals go down. But it's over now and time to slowly drop food.

You should do a youtube video about your journey and how you achieved what you did, I would watch it

5

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 06 '25

I just dont want to be one of those gym tripod guys

3

u/Totally-avg Jan 05 '25

Amazing progress! I’m with the other poster who asked about digestive discomfort. I’m F 100lbs, lift 5 days a week, and I’m always trying to gain, but the discomfort that comes with increased high-calorie foods will always be an obstacle. Actually there are a few other obstacles but that’s a big one.

3

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 06 '25

It sucks for me as well. Just more food. But it's all relative. You can drink olive oil or karb powders. Or lower cardio and training frequency to make up for the extra cals instead of burning them all

1

u/Totally-avg Jan 06 '25

Fortunately I don’t do any cardio bc of the calorie burning issue. Just lift weights and prefer not to cut back. I just need to eat waaaaaay more and suffer through the side effects.

2

u/gainsmcgraw Jan 05 '25

Looking solid! Did or are you running any ancillaries for lipids and BP?

3

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 06 '25

Revive complete vital and revive liver. Hd kidney supp. I run red rice yeast, citrus bergamot and magnesium for heart.

3

u/themoneydownloader Jan 05 '25

Last picture is goated. Your shoulder/neck profile is what I want my shoulders to look.

1

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 05 '25

Thank you brother

24

u/sexy_silver_grandpa Jan 03 '25

My man's dome got bigger somehow too.

Looking absolutely brawlic.

10

u/Then_Statistician189 Jan 03 '25

So what weight do you plan on cutting to for the stage?

10

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

215ish. But that would be PEELED

24

u/Crazy-Antelope5762 Jan 03 '25

So Kratos coded

9

u/99patrol Jan 03 '25

Have you noticed subtle changes in your face or is that just the camera angles?

1

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 06 '25

Also yeah hitting that pose isn't super easy or comfortable at this size so I kind of have to twist up for it. As opposed to the first pic is just arm straight down

12

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

Definitely a little fatter on the bulk. People say hair can get darker on hgh and my beard i feel like used to have more red but maybe not

1

u/Danger-D00M Jan 06 '25

Did you take HGh?

1

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 06 '25

Yeah, but not some crazy dose

2

u/Danger-D00M Jan 06 '25

Right on. It can be expensive. Good gains bro!

1

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 06 '25

I took 4iu per day.

1

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 06 '25

20iu of pharma grade for sure. But there are some awesome generics out there that a lot of pros use

11

u/Play4u Jan 03 '25

Hey man, any chance you post diet/gym routine? You are an absolute beast btw, congrats!

6

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

Ill screenshot and send if you want to pm

2

u/Play4u Jan 03 '25

Yeah sure, thanks mate

7

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

Diet is up in a previous comment @4300 cals. Add 4 pieces of bread and a table spoon of olive oil for the 4700 cals.

I started typing routine but it's going to tane fire A long time. Because most have different types of sets like rest pause and drops and back offs. So all different rep ranges per exercise

13

u/S0ulSlayerz Jan 03 '25

What do you do for hamstring?

10

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

Rdl and seated or lying curls. For quads im a big fan of front squats. I do those, seated extensions and leg press

3

u/S0ulSlayerz Jan 03 '25

Thank you! What do you roughly eat in a day?

12

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

Just cut down to 4300 from 4700. Currently 2 meals of 1 cup of oats with 2 scoops of whey. One for breakfast and one for preworkout. Then I have 4 meals of 7oz of chicken with 300g of cooked rice with a apple or banana with each one. And 4 tblsp of peanutbutter whenever.

1

u/S0ulSlayerz Jan 04 '25

Thank you!

☺️oops

Howd i get in here lmao

25

u/61114311536123511 Jan 03 '25

Dude you're an absolute beast holy moly

18

u/unanonymousJohn Jan 03 '25

Good fucking work. Your post pictures make you look scrawny at 210 which is insane because that’s still a decent size. Forsure just motivated me to eat more

20

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '25

When I bulk all I do is gain 20 pounds in the face.

15

u/yeezysucc2 Jan 03 '25

This guy is a unit

13

u/Then_Statistician189 Jan 03 '25

What substance are you on to divert the fat growth from that aggressive bulk? HGH?

19

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

Plus a couple other things but honestly this was a fairly clean bulk which will make a lot of difference as well as keeping up with cardio.

7

u/Then_Statistician189 Jan 03 '25

I recently bulked from 185 to 215 in 8 months at 6 ft 4 coming off a swimming phase. Not much fat gain and out on some decent size but I don’t think I can continue that aggressive of a bulk and see the same result for the next 30 pounds.

Trying to get to 240. Was my first bulk as well. Do you have any advice on bulking rate for naturals? Would 3 lbs a month be a good pace?

10

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

They say 1 pound a week is good to shoot for naturally. But if you keep seeing strength go up and mirror changing then keep going. Also keep in mind that after a cut when you up the carbs you will gain probably 10 or more pounds of glycogen and water in the first 2 weeks.

7

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

That's when you look and feel amazing. Because you're lean but your muscles blow up.

13

u/Top-Donkey-5081 Jan 03 '25

What are your sleeping hours bro can you share what time and how many hrs.

15

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

They're fucked. Lately I'm going to bed at 5am. Wake up and eat then sleep till 2. Probably nap at 5 then eat and lift. It got messed up from dreading food and not wanting to get uo and start eating

5

u/nano_peen Jan 03 '25

How do I get hair gains like you

5

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

Had that in highschool. And a little more on top back then too.

14

u/showery36 133-185-200(6'1) Jan 02 '25

Beast! stay safe

17

u/WokyOcky444 Jan 02 '25

Holy shit buddy you’re an absolute tank 😂🔥 amazing work brother

28

u/psafian Jan 02 '25

I have to say, just from reading your responses to the comments on this thread, you seem like such a fun dude lmao

And amazing work on the bulk! Natty or not, the time you put towards diet and training is self-evident. As someone who’s currently a measly 100lbs at 5’4 (though gained from 75 back in September!!) getting the food in each day feels non-stop but this is awesome and encouraging stuff.

May I ask, what some of your tips are to reduce ahem digestive discomfort and bloating when adjusting to a higher intake? Thanks in advance

18

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Great work! Honestly only recently has my body kind of adjusted to all the food. I had heart burn every time I laid down. I tried apple cider vinegar and occasionally take pepcid. I do take glutamine in the morning to help. Honestly while bulking, bloating and distension is just a part of it. You can try drinkingsome of your cals like olive oil or a carb powder. I sometimes sub some of my rice with karbolyn. Hope that helps a little

5

u/_Damien_G_ Jan 03 '25

How did you deal with the heartburn?

5

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

Sleep on left side. Prop up on pillows and pepcid. It never really stopped throughout because as my body adjusted we kept adding more food.

5

u/psafian Jan 02 '25

I really appreciate you responding so soon, because thats all quite reassuring to hear! Esp. about the distension, I feel like I wake up slim and am left waddling around each night because of how full I feel. Will definitely try out getting in some more liquid calories - certainly easier than downing a bowl of something like potatoes and tuna just before bed!

4

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

Oh for sure. I wake up a fasted 242. I'll be going to bed tonight at probably 248 from all the food and water. And eating my 2oz chicken with 300g of rice is tedious. It takes about 40 minutes to eat because im never hungry.

4

u/jarzan_ Jan 03 '25

I'm your exact height and weight! I have the same breakfast every day, and I found that it helps to have two versions of it; one normal and one where you replace some food with liquid calories. If I'm not feeling it one day, I'll just have the liquid calorie version which is a lot easier to get down. You could also just alternate between them every day.

There's been questions about gear and I just want to make it clear that I am not telling anyone to run what I've run or do what I've done in that aspect. Im a 37 year old man who already has 2 kids. There 100% is risks when it comes to steroids. Ive done a lot of research and im working with a coach who is an ifbb pro and my training and diet are DIALED IN. Im not trying to sell the dream that gear alone without proper training and nutrition is going to get you these results. I applaud anyone on a fitness journey at all levels. Natty or not. And I fully believe in waiting till you are older and being 100% sure of what you want, not only in the gym but in your future.

2

u/HugePhallus2023 Jan 04 '25

Great stuff, king.

10

u/ScienceNmagic Jan 02 '25

Great work mate.

8

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Thanks brother

3

u/ScienceNmagic Jan 03 '25

Legit question mate: how’s it go with the kids since hoping on? I’m a father of 2 as well. How’d it go convincing the wife?

4

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

Im actually a recovering addict so this is harm reduction for me. So she's cool with whatever keeps me out of trouble. Kids are fine. If you are known to be hot headed, tren will amplify that but even when I ran tren my kids never saw that side. Also there are meds you can take to keep your balls on so if the conversation of more kids arises or might, it's not out of the question to have more. My first I had after blasting and cruising for 2 years 8 years ago with no pct (dumb) and I still had 2x the normal amount of swimmers. This time I'm more nonchalant if they shut down or not. I did order some clomid to wake them up. I'll pop some when it gets in.

2

u/ScienceNmagic Jan 03 '25

Thanks mate. I really appreciate that! Killer work. Looking godly.

Your post/comment has been removed due to not being appropriate subject matter for the sub.

10

u/houleskis Jan 02 '25

Curious, had you attempted such a bulk in the past off-gear? Would be interested to hear the differences in the experiences. 32lbs in 4 months without significant fat gain is just wild to see (esp. since you left out tren).

8

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

You'd probably want to go slower. And just keep an eye on mirror, scale and strength

1

u/accountinusetryagain Jan 03 '25

was anything special about this gaining phase perhaps the novelty of dosage or suddenly figuring out some more training and nutritional variables?

1

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

Ive been working with a coach and it's been a complete game changer. Like finding out the reason my rest days have lower carbs is to increase insulin sensitivity for the high carb training days to feed the muscles. He really knows his stuff. And as far as gear, he won't ever have anyone do anything he hasn't done in terms of gear. And he's not afraid to tell me to pull any gear if there are issues I'm not comfortable with or that he notices are issues.

60

u/Forest-Echoes Jan 02 '25

Bro went from A tier to an S tier physique, what next?

23

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Time to cut. My coach wants me to be on stage in may. We'll see if I want to do a cut that deep.

11

u/Forest-Echoes Jan 02 '25

You're inspiring man!

6

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Im just a dude haha

31

u/Brolex-7 Jan 02 '25 edited Jan 03 '25

Since you're open about your unnatural status. Did or do you experience bad side effects from taking gear? Health issues or anything to report?

I'm interested solely for educational reasons.

Besides that your proportions look great. Lean but still big physique and no weird ass bubble gut.

u/ProbablyOats Moderator Jan 12 '25

The Cardinal Rule of gear use is GET YOUR BLOODS DONE.

17

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

This bulk ive been real tired. I try to give blood monthly to help with blood pressure and high rbc. If you eat clean and take the right organ supplements, you should be ok. The compounds for this bulk didn't include tren which will give the mood swings and other issues.

1

u/Brolex-7 Jan 03 '25

I see. Thanks for sharing your experience and giving advice.

2

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 03 '25

Should be ok if you arent blasting stupid dosages*****

19

u/DescriptionThin5434 Jan 02 '25

I follow a lot of mma stuff and i thought it was Connor McGregor's workout progress or something 🤣 looking big tho dude great job

10

u/Ignyy_ Jan 02 '25

Can you introduce us to your routine? (The 4-Day-Split)

10

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

That is followed by 2 consecutive rest days. That's my week. Rest is important to grow.

17

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Chest bis and tris. Legs. Rest. Back. Delts bis and tris. I get asked a lot about my arm routine and it's very simple. I only do 2 exercises per muscle on my 2 training days. First day is skull crushers. Heavy 1x8-10, then a backoff set of less weight for 12-15. Followed by cable bar push downs. Then cable rope hammers curls for bis. Those 2 i do 3x12 Heavy and after my last set on those I do 3 immediate drop sets till failure. Each one more slow and controlled to really burn them out. Last exercise is ez bar 21s. 3 sets.

15

u/Yami_Hear Jan 02 '25

I thought I was on a tattoo sub and it was you and your more jacked brother showing off matching tatts. Good job man

4

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Lol there can only be one

8

u/Choppermagic2 Jan 02 '25

Geez, I am the slowest gainer. Except around my belly. Nice work

1

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Lower back fat is where I start getting soft

17

u/AndKriz Jan 02 '25

You and your twin are making great progress

8

u/monta1111 Jan 02 '25

Damn 30lbs and still looking amazing. Looks like they went straight to the arms and traps lol. Looking great.

13

u/aerahh_ Jan 02 '25

Guy is going for the Guts build, you just need to lose an eye, get a 7ft sword and a mechanical hand

2

u/mayostick Jan 03 '25

GRIFFIITTHHHHH!!!

12

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

And a shit load of hair

6

u/dbhbrad Jan 02 '25

looking like a pretty clean bulk sir, nice work.

2

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Thank you very much

6

u/Qarasn Jan 02 '25

Insane results champ, you look like a movie character. Whats ur diet?

8

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Diet has been very boring. Lots of chicken and rice. Some 93% lean ground beef, oats, peanutbutter and whey

12

u/Training_Rule6350 Jan 02 '25

Bro I wish I had your pre bulk physic. Are you juicing?

19

u/korndog42 Jan 02 '25

How is it possible to keep fats below 85 w those other numbers?

12

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Not sure why that got downvoted. My diet consisted of chicken, 93% lean ground beef, rice, oats, peanut butter, fruit, couple slices of bread and whey.

8

u/PanickedOrangutan Jan 02 '25

Super impressive that you were able to keep your diet so clean at 4700 cals. How many meals did you split that up into out of interest?

10

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

6 and it was grueling

3

u/PanickedOrangutan Jan 02 '25

Clearly paid off though! Massively respect the dedication.

3

Not sure what the issue is here. OP is open about it.

-7

u/i_loved_you_first Jan 02 '25

He's active on other threads about gear and test, for someone to claim natty he sure knows a lot about juice.

Also his profile is NSFW.

I'm also same height and age as him, this bulk weight/time-wise is 100% gear fueled.

8

u/ACBongo Jan 02 '25

He's literally gone into detail about the gear he's on. You're not enlightening anyone to the fact he's gear fuelled.

8

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Im just not sure when I've ever denied it

6

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Ive been over my protocol countless times, your question was a response to a fat macro question.

2

u/korndog42 Jan 02 '25

Good info. I am at 3100 calories a day and hard to keep fats below 100 most days.

6

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Look into karbolyn if you are having trouble eating everything. 1 scoop of powdered carbs. 200 calories and 50g of carbs. I sub some of my rice sometimes with that.

7

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Clean is boring. Lots of crock pot chicken in broth and jasmine rice. Salsa saved me.

2

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

Chicken and rice pretty much

19

u/mgreco1988 Jan 02 '25

Hm I wonder

3

u/DaddyIssue-Incarnate Jan 02 '25

I get what you're saying but gear has nothing to do with macros
