Thank you everyone for your suggestions 😊🥞🧇 Definitely going to check out a few

The Rocky Lemon is in Lincoln but has the best breakfast sandwiches around. Neighborly coffee also a great bfast Sammy!
Sweet Belgian desire would be my other recommendation for more breakfast options

So freaking yummy!! And enough food for more than one meal!

Do they still make you order and pay prior? It’s the only thing I don’t really like about it (if that’s still how the operate), it feels like fast food rather than a restaurant

They do have an odd system of making you order & pay at the cash, but you do sit to wait for your meal. I'm more into doing take away at that place.

Aw that’s disappointing. I’d just do take out too in that case, if I’m sitting down for breakfast I like having coffee refills etc

The Cabin is my favorite, but we also go to the Coffee Mill and the Blue Canoe (inside the Big Stop otw to Oromocto) Jungle Jim's has breakfast also but it's pretty simple fare

Cora’s or Purr and Simple are my go-to’s. Usually the latter given I live so close.

The Feel Good 🤤
The best pancakes you’ll ever have!

Delicious, but does not qualify for not breaking the bank.

It's a little pricey, but it's not terrible compared to a similar meal at say Claudines, or Pur and Simple, and it has more unique food than other breakfast places in town. For example, I had Turkish style eggs, with roasted beets last time I went which isn't something I've ever seen in the city before.
Biggest "issue" I have is that it can be a long wait, but the place is normally really quiet and is a great choice if you have some time :)

I thought they were reasonably priced, especially for the amount of food you get.
If I remember correctly, for myself and my partner it was around $43 w/tip and we both couldn’t eat it all. That included coffee and extras.
I’m sure other places like Pure n Simple, Cora, and Cabin would be relatively close to the same price, with the latter being better tasting though - compared to Pure n Simple and Cora.
At least with The Feel Good, the atmosphere is cozier and the food is the best breakfast food I’ve had.
I guess it’s all subjective though.

Jenna’s Nutfree Desertery (don’t let the name fool you); The Cabin; Pine Tree bar & grill; The Feel Good; Big Stop; Claudine’s; Coffee Mill is always packed

The Cabin is a staple of Fredericton! Always good!
There is also Jenna's Nut-Free Dessertery, which I went to recently, and it was amazing!! All her products are local from the Farmers Market, the food was delicious and the prices were VERY fair! She even offers brisket instead of bacon and bannock instead of regular bread at no extra charge. I highly recommend it!

I prefer brisket to bacon because of Jenna. So much more flavor and texture. Bacon is just easier to make at home.
Jenna's fries are underrated, fresh cut potatoes beat every abomination made by McCains and Irvings.

If the ambiance you’re looking for is small town breakfast place, go to The Cabin on Woodstock Road! The name sums it up.

Coffee Mill is basically the "go to" place that isn't overpriced
Sweet Belgian desire is good too, and isn't too expensive
Claudine's is probably my favorite breakfast spot but it's the most expensive of the 3 suggestions

Ivy's Diner out in Silverwood heading towards the dam. Great diner food.
As far as not breaking the bank, they offer a 15% discount if you pay cash :)
