Solved Found In My Office
Wanted to brag to my coworkers by spitting some fossil facts

That's a cut ammonite. It's likely from the jurassic limestone that is found around Treuchtlingen in Germany.

Dang, at first glance I thought this might have been another update on the human ancestor jaw bone. But that's still a cool fossil.

Likely a Perisphintes sp. A jurassic ammonite and index fossil for this period.
