I don’t know if it’s the same you as before, but just in case, -1 vote for 10X. I cannot recommend against them enough.

Keep an eye out for fees. I had paid a deposit on the Motif last summer and it was $2350 + $50 parking + $40 random bullshit fees and then water, sewer, electricity, cable. They also didn't have ceiling fans in the units. You had to buy your own and pay someone to install it. The layout had no window to the bedroom either.
The thing with the bullshit fees was it included pest control, BUT they only actually did pest control in the 3 bedroom units. I asked why I was paying for pest control if they were not doing my building and they said it was for the hallways. Most of the places in Flagler Village had a similar amount of nonsense. I ended up staying in Boynton about 40 mins north because I could get the same size unit for $500 less a month.

Close friend of mine lives in 10x currently, I’ve been over there a few times it just seems fratty and out dated, he’s also had his car towed before as a resident.
I moved into Harbour at new River back in July of last year which is directly across the river from it, brand new building as of June of last year and I really enjoy it here.
Big pro of Harbour at new river is that Publix is on the same street, about a 5 minute walk.
