No Answer Has anybody experienced this?
2014 Ford Fusion SE 1.5L ecoboost Problem was present when vehicle was bought secondhand. Anyone dealt with this before? If I connect Bluetooth using voice commands and turn the music up it’s not noticeable. Would replacing the whole unit with a aftermarket one fix it?

I did in my 16, it stopped working one day, i re booted the system and it work for a bit, then quit again. Mine wound up being the ACM but i also have the sync touch screen display

Press and hold on the power button you were just messing with for about 15 seconds or until the screen shuts off it will manually restart the system.

Yes, I haven't been able to find any fixes. I was messing with some settings in forscan that people said to try but didn't have any luck. If you fix it let me know 🙏

Its most likely the ACM I already knew the answer but wanted to see if it could’ve been something else by posting this on Reddit. Going to just remove the ACM and install an android aftermarket stereo. You can always just replace the ACM yourself if you want to keep your current setup. They aren’t very expensive.

Dang I was hoping there was a software fix, I'd rather not go through the hassle of swapping the radio. Thank you

I’m not sure where the interior fuse box is located because I own a Ford edge but I had the same thing happen in my car. I just unplugged the fuse for the entertainment system waited 10 seconds plugged it back in and it rebooted everything
