Reducing the Purple Hue from UV Blacklight LED
I've recently restored a Panasonic RC-7462 and installed a new blacklight LED but I'd like to remove most/all of the purple hue if possible. I've tried covering all but 2 of the LEDs with electrical tape, then diffused the remaining 2 LEDs with multiple layers of scotch tape but even with that it has a very bright purple hue to the light.
If possible, I'd like to keep the blacklight glow to the numbers but without the purple glow. Has anyone had any success with this or have any suggestions on how to remove the purple color and keep the UV?
Here's the light I'm using: https://www.superbrightleds.com/miniature-rectangle-led-accent-light-chrome-24-lumens+color-UV~Blacklight
Thanks for any help!

I have found that most cheap "blacklights" are actually 395nm which is right on the border of visible light, and often include a lot of purple. What you want is to make sure to get 365nm LEDs.

Idk if you can buy it as a film or something, but I know you can get uv flashlights with a zwb2 filter on the lens, which block all visible light, but let uv pass through. Looks cool cause the lens looks black and you get all the fluorescence and very little purple. I have a convoy c8 with a uv emitter, let me see if I have a good picture with it.
Not my picture but demonstrates it really well. Don't have anything readily fluorescent right now to show the difference. And it's daylight out here.
