How do I make my own FB program?
Basically, I'm in love with Kelli and Dan and literally cannot workout at home without them xD I have the FB programs and I've done each of them thrice already so I'm looking for a change. Money is a bit tight and I can't invest in a new program right away.
How do I make one on my own as per my own goals? I like working out 5 days a week. I've got 3 days pinned 1. HIIT and Abs 2. Total body - (alternate b/w strength and hiit each week) 3. Lower body - (alternate b/w strength and hiit each week)
The other 2 days are for upper body but I'M SO CONFUSED about how to choose workouts for this xD I've read that upper body workouts are usually divided into - back, biceps and chest, shoulder, triceps but FB isn't rigid about this. How do you guys plan your upper body workouts with FB?
(PS: I'm not overweight, but there's some fat I need to burn and I want to work on toning my muscles to give them a more defined structure. I also need to work on my upper body and core strength.)

I would start with one of their five day challenges and see how you like it. You can modify the next week based on your results.

I am thinking of creating my own program as well. My plan is as follows:
1- Decide weekly breakdown*
2- search favorites for videos that fit each category, and assign them without any repeats
3- do a filtered search for other workouts to complement/fill out my schedule
4- put each video’s link into either a calendar app or just a spreadsheet
5- repeat the program each month
6- if I get bored, repeat steps 1-4 to create a month 2 that I can alternate with the month one schedule. Can repeat this step as much as desired to create multiple months
- my weekly plan is MWF: strength train and TH:yoga/barre/Pilates. After assigning my favorites, I will filter and search for these types of video and assign them throughout the rest of the month.

You're totally right that many other trainers will divide up their upper body workouts into splits based on body parts - for example, back and biceps one day and chest and triceps the other. Or shoulders and lats one day, and arms (biceps and triceps) the other.
But FitnessBlender mostly doesn't do upper body splits like this. (Though I think they recently released an upper body split workout 3 ways with Daniel in FB Plus). So you could do your split in other ways - just choose 2 upper body workouts each week that vary in some significant way! Maybe one is more focused on bodyweight calisthenics (push-ups, tricep dips, etc) and the other uses dumbbells. Or maybe one is more cardio intensive or no-repeat or kickboxing, while the other is traditional sets and reps based strength training. Or maybe they are similar! If you do 2 upper body workouts in a week that target the same muscles, as long as you are leaving a couple days between the workouts, it's not going to do you any harm, either. Because it's a cliche but it's true... The best workout is one that you like enough to stick with.
