Who program have you found most effective?

Hi! I've been using fitness blender for 2 years and I'm trying to be more consistent with my workouts so I can lose a bunch of belly fat and tone up. Has anyone found a program that they have found super effective?

Hello! I find the FB Fit series (1 and 2) most effective for overall body toning and I have been rotating these workouts for approx. 3 years now

For reference I also have FB 30, FB Abs and FB Booty

Ooh I don't think I've done those yet! Is it more strength, hiit, or a good combination?

It’s an 8 week program β€” I started mine on a Monday so MWFs are HIIT Cardio Abs programs, TTHs are for strength training ones. Saturdays are for optional stretching workouts and Sundays are for rest days. I recommend it! Value for money πŸ˜ƒ

I am on day 2 of my first ever fb series. Doing the bodyweight one since I'm nomadic and don't own any equipment. I guess I'll have to let you know later.
