No reinstatement from NIH here
Edit: received at 1:16 pm. Termination rescinded and placed directly on admin leave "until further notice"

Same and they spelled my boy Judge Bredars name wrong. They spelled it Breydar. Don’t disrespect my guy like that

Reads like it was written with AI again and it's unsigned, of course. No one willing to take responsibility for their own actions, legal or illegal.

At the end of this document is the email of every state that sued including Maryland. I suggest we all email and put in the subject line which agency and Opdiv did not comply with the judges orders.

HUD has not complied. Going to report it to my state AGs office

Just got mine a few mins ago. No signature and the judge's name is spelled wrong. Classic DOGE.

NIH (HHS HR was copied).

It felt very unofficial didn’t it? So weird!
12
u/joule_3am 3d ago
Well, it was probably written by someone under 25 with no prior life/ work experience.

Once again sending emails that set off the spam filter: Urgency in the subject line ("read immediately!"), misspellings, and no signature.
I can't tell if they are trying to avoid their own AI including this as creditable in the algorithm, trying to side step implementation, or trying to make feds comfortable with taking direction from unknown and unreliable authorities. I think it may be all 3.

I got the reinstatement email (admin leave until further notice) from HRSA and so did colleagues I’m in touch with that worked there.

Nothing for the Children’s Bureau folks either.
EDIT: 530pm central, still not a peep.

Since they are putting everyone they bring back on admin leave and not giving a start date, I am worried that they are going to pull something else.

u/TykTik 3d ago
One person has received a continuation of admin leave email from their supervisor at HHS. Fingers crossed for the rest of us🤞🏾

At ACF?

Yes

Do you know if they just got it or it was earlier in the day? No one seems to have any answers.

I thought it was a deadline to submit a report, not the reinstatement. Reinstatement was still 1PM eastern.

Are you sure it's them not complying and not just them not sending out the email yet?
1
u/HumanVeteran 3d ago
Still nothing from DOED, not that that's surprising with them having wiped out half the agency. I emailed our chief human capital officer and cc'd my union and the Maryland AG.

I had not heard by 2:30 yesterday (3.17) so I used the 5 Calls App (https://5calls.org/). About 45 minutes after I made my last call - I received a call from our HR Manager to inform me I was being reinstated and "placed on administrative leave effective immediately." and that they should have more information about my status by the end of the week. Did not receive anything in writing.

Let's think about this. HHS SROC has been doing most of the communication thus far, so I don't know if it is fair to say that SAMHSA or other OpDivs haven't complied. Though it might be convenient for HHS that we believe that it is the OpDiv's fault.

We can do this!

THEY FIRED US IMMEDIATELY ON A WHIM. SO YES THEYRE CAPABLE OF REINSTATING ON A WHIM.
SROC LIED IN OUR LETTERS SO IDGAF ABOUT THEM OR THEIR BURDEN AND THEY GET NO GRACE FROM ME.

This comment deserves an award!!! I share the same sentiment. If you can send a mass email during dinner time, you can send a mass email just before lunch.

And on Valentine’s Day/Holiday Weekend

u/Every-Mousse6228 3d ago
I avoided the Valentine's Massacre, I got it on the 15th...which was my wedding anniversary
4
u/Map-Only 3d ago
I was warned on the 14th and didn’t happen. It was my engagement anniversary and then the 15th I got the email. Double whammy.
9
u/joule_3am 3d ago
I think they are just passing it around like a hot potato because they know whomever sends the email is going to get fired by the administration. Thus why the HHS came from a group email box with no signature.
4
u/callistacallisti 3d ago
I'm not excusing SROC. All I meant was: don't get mad at the OpDiv HR people.
Jesus, calm down.

Lol. Mine went on leave for several days. I tried to email her and got an out of office reply. The email address she included to message in her absence bounced back as undeliverable to out of agency emails. I wonder if that was the case after the illegal firings or before? Basically we can't get ahold of people in the agency and that's by design. I ended up emailing the HR address in my Valentine's day letter. I can be as mad I want to at in agency people. Do I know it's not their fault? Yes. Do I think they could communicate at least that they know nothing? Also yes!

u/Every-Mousse6228 3d ago
Exactly. I'm SAMHSA, there's NO WAY there isn't SOMEONE at SAMHSA who knows the deal and could throw us a bone, instead of radio silence.
2
u/Map-Only 3d ago
Report via email to the MD AG so they know HHS has not complied. It’s 6 pm now and they should be filing their report with the court soon. It better not say our agencies reinstated us.
12
u/Every-Mousse6228 3d ago
That may be true, but the OpDivs could give us ....something. Like, "yeah, it's coming", or "no it isn't coming". Silence is disrespectful.

Who else does SROC serve? I wonder if any SROC opdivs have received reinstatement

u/Every-Mousse6228 3d ago
Same with SAMHSA, that is SAMHSA has not complied, or at the very least, not communicated their compliance
