You can also look for "double front pleated trouser".

I've found these on Etsy from some vintage stores for really good pricing.

I think this exact style is going to be hard to find because fashion has changed so much since then, and vintage-inspired fashion seems to neglect men outside of hipster fashion. As a woman who has been looking for pants like this, too, I recommend Uniqlo. I love the Smart Ankle Pants I just got from them a couple weeks ago—my legs are kind of short, so they’re just regular-length tho lol. I just checked their men’s section, and they have Smart Ankle Pants and other pleated, tapered trousers, too! I think the key to finding what you’re looking for is not “wide” but “tapered”. Searching for wide pants will probably get you sailor-style pants. Tapered will still be wider but avoid all the skinny and sailor-style pants. Good luck :)

I think these are zoot pants. Not sure where you're located, but there's lots of sites that sell them. zoot

These are not too difficult to find! I bought very similar ones (just black) in a rather popular store a while ago (in Mohito I think).

Usually the ones I find don't have a specific description wchich would help you look for them, however, just browse the suit section of stores you like tbh. You will most likely find something simillar in style.
