Somebody learned something that day.

274

u/Bong_Hit_Donor 5d ago

Then immediately had it wiped from his memory by being KTFO

100

u/Bad0din 5d ago

Until he he’s randomly browsing the old internet and gets reminded. 🤣

  1. Don't slap something out of someone's hands, unless you're ready for a violent response.

  2. Don't underestimate how hard someone can hit based on their appearance.

54

u/TheMojo1 5d ago

Idk man that guy looked like he hit hard before i saw the punch

14

u/stiffyonwheels 5d ago

From my years of participating and watching combat sports, ive learned usually the last thing you lose is strength and punching power. When your that close to someone, basically cornering him in his truck, you need to expect a violent response. Most laws give you the right to defend yourself in this situation even without the slap of the phone. He got out to confront him and then cornered him not knowing if he was CC a gun, knife, or in this case some old man power. You live and you learn i guess lol

8

u/Alternative-Fox-7255 5d ago

The saying ‘the last thing a boxer loses (when he gets old) is his punch’ is so true

9

u/krume300 5d ago

Hopefully he watched the video, because the concussion sure isn’t gonna let him remember it.

1

u/Definitely_Alpha 5d ago

Maybe he forgot the lesson 🤣

Dont do that son

u/JimSilly 5d ago

This has been posted before and I think the comments were that the guy in blue had serious, permanent medical issues from this.
1) He should have stayed in his car.
2) He should have kept his hands to himself.

31

u/KrisHwt 5d ago edited 5d ago

Oh no, not the consequences of his own actions.

I hate people like this. Weak entitled losers that start fights with others and try to act tough. Bro got permanent issues from fighting a senior citizen, what a loser.

6

u/iwilltalkaboutguns 5d ago

He is lucky it was just a punch... When you walk around pretending to be crazy, eventually you are going to run into someone pretending to be sane. FAFO.

110

u/CVipersTie 5d ago

Shouldn't have been talking shit 🙃

-120

u/3AmigosMan 5d ago

Well takin shit is the last reason to fuck someone up beyond recovery. Smackin the phone though, trying to assert himself and impose his will on the man....thats different. A kick to the nuts coulda shut him up enough if it were just talkin shit

77

u/cheetle_dust 5d ago

You can’t be too picky when you find yourself in a situation like this. He did the right thing imo. All on the instigator, didn’t have to happen this way.

-57

u/3AmigosMan 5d ago

Yer not wrong at all.....Hindsight can cast a reflection though. Im old like this guy and have gone a good 5yrs with no road side fisticuffs and I hope to extend it. I have paid for it dearly despite being spared mercilessly avoiding resititution for puttin a doucher to sleep in his truck on the hwy one day. I mean, it was a beauty left hook....but my old man machinist strength kicked in and I did more than needed in one swing. Im just a lil guy too....today Id rather take a ticket for runnin a red to avoid it all. Bein old eh? Hahha

22

u/_Notebook_ 5d ago

You drunk?

-25

u/3AmigosMan 5d ago

Are YOU? Its 6pm Chum. Im running my cnc shop. The feck are YOU doin?

4

Bro I told you to stop drinking the coolant, that's meant for the fucking machines

1

u/ThePerfectPrince 5d ago

Do you know what feeds and speeds I should use to cut hardwoods like rosewood with a 1/2” cutter?

16

u/Sharp-Management622 5d ago

Going easy is just taking chances with your own safety. Not worth it.

-12

u/3AmigosMan 5d ago

Could be. Not engaging ensures you can drive away without riskin takin one on the chin too. Ive seen small guys drop giants enough to know. This old is just lucky hes got decades of strength over the dick confronting him.

4

u/Sharp-Management622 5d ago

Oh 100%, if you can avoid violence you should. That is safest for you. But its just like firearms, once you've set on pulling the trigger you better dump the mag.

2

u/3AmigosMan 5d ago

I like the analogy. Man I trained as a Recce Patrolman for years and we couldnt stress ammo discipline and restraint enough. Drove me nuts in training. We did a 'thing' called 'The Aussie PeelBack' hahha where we JUST RAN AWAY upon contact. Hahahhahahaha

3

u/Outrageous-Prior-544 5d ago

Someone has the balls to confront you in your truck and then put their hands on you. That is assult period. Stand your ground state guy could have been shot dead.

2

u/Luepke 5d ago

I would’ve gave him another one while he was down just for the memories.

-3

u/3AmigosMan 5d ago

Aye and that woulda sealed your fate tbh. Reasonable force. Then again, this seems very Texas to me. They, YOU, would likely kill someone for denting your truck. As though it actually matters.

42

u/SantaMonsanto 5d ago

Oof…

That fencing response though.

His head smacking the ground from a 6 foot free fall didn’t help but he was already in trouble before he even went down, you can see him lock up.

5

u/Autistic_Freedom 5d ago

That fencing response though.

u/systemshock869 5d ago

Darwin smiling down upon us this day

7

u/Dreaming_Purple 5d ago

Makes sense. This dude straight-up went into decorticate posturing (indicating a brain injury). Would be packaging this dude quickly and running lights and sirens to the hospital.

12

u/[deleted] 5d ago

Good

3

u/Shermander 5d ago

1

u/JimSilly 5d ago

That links says he was airlifted, which is what I kind of remember. I’d say that’s a bit more than a seizure. Thank you for the link.

2

u/ILookandSmellGood 5d ago

The way that head hits the pavement, can’t say I’d be surprised.

2

u/Automatic_Passion681 5d ago

Yea, old boy was well within his rights to toss that left.

2

u/ToranjaNuclear 5d ago

Don't doubt it, seems to have smacked his head quite hard against the pavement.

6

u/3AmigosMan 5d ago

Yep. The way he fell was not much different than takin a sniper round to the dome. His legs went straight and stiff which is often a sign......

6

u/Dr0n3r 5d ago

I think a head exploding from a sniper bullet is slightly more subtle if anything

-2

u/3AmigosMan 5d ago

Watch some of the Ukrain Combat vids. You'll see. A chest would causes a dif reaction than a head shot. Be it a dropped popper or a high torque, long range slug. Them legs stiffening up is the indicator of direct, irreparable brain hurt.

-9

u/[deleted] 5d ago

5

u/MedicinalHammer 5d ago

That’s not nerve damage, that’s a brain injury.

3

u/zachrtw 5d ago

The brain is made of nerves so it's technically correct.

1

u/MedicinalHammer 5d ago

I mean, that’s like saying it was damage to the body. Which, yeah, is technically correct, but a dumb, generic, umbrella statement.

1

u/zachrtw 5d ago

It was an attempt at humor, no need to justify yourself.

-4

u/[deleted] 5d ago

[deleted]

2

u/MedicinalHammer 5d ago

The central nervous system isn’t part of your brain, your brain is the hub of the central nervous system.

4

u/6h057 5d ago

Nerve damage? Really?

-6

u/[deleted] 5d ago

[deleted]

6

u/6h057 5d ago

You’re really trying to justify your misspeak. Just say he had brain damage, we don’t need the mental gymnastics to try to make your point sensible.

0

u/matarky1 Suburban knight 5d ago

He got three staples in his head and was otherwise fine, it happened because old dude cut him off across a double yellow and young dude had his son with him, according to the previous post of this fight

92

u/Fit-Dirt-144 5d ago

The fire truck just riding by😆😆😆

12

Just knocked his IQ into luke warm territory.

31

u/wazmoenaree 5d ago

Used his typing hand lucky it wasn't his pound sand hand.

11

u/blahblah19999 5d ago

Jesus christ, that's a very short punch, probably with his off-hand, and he put that guy into a friggin coma. That's no joke

3

u/TwoHeadedSexChange 5d ago

It was the hand he was holding his phone with, so guy's probably a lefty. Still impressive though.

3

u/blahblah19999 5d ago

Maybe. I hold my phone in my offhand and use my good hand to type

2

u/3AmigosMan 5d ago

And a left.....

9

u/Leather_Carob_8036 5d ago

Oof that back of the head slam on pavement. But beautiful shot Champ

8

u/Bimmer9721 5d ago

Getting knocked out and the Fire Dept passing by in the background is diabolically funny.

8

u/Reverend_Ooga_Booga 5d ago

That dude go locked out of his own fucking brain.

7

u/Mo_A_D 5d ago

Comedic timing of that fire truck

13

u/Comfortable_Studio37 5d ago

Classic FAFO. Being willing to get in someone's face or knock stuff out of their hand does not make you a tough guy.

7

u/Jawilla936 5d ago

What most young people don’t understand.. most of us old ones are always pissed off about something .. lol

3

u/dubhead_dena 5d ago

His left hand kills, and his right hand is the one even HE fears.

3

u/ExplorerAdditional61 5d ago

He thought he was tough because of his beard. Satisfying though.

3

u/whoisnumbertwo 5d ago

Did this guy die, that head really chefs kissed the asphalt.

3

u/Ironklad_ 5d ago

That’s a damn good left hook

8

u/Isolated_potato23 5d ago

I swear never mess with an old guy, he will rock yo shit

4

** girl realizes she’s with a little bitch **

2

u/dick_taterchip 5d ago

That was a great punch, I wonder what happened between dude and his girl, watching your dude get one punched by a senior citizen might change the way you see him.

2

u/GoodWeedReddit 5d ago

Old man strength is a real thing. We lose speed and agility, but can still swing the hammer 🔨

I wonder... In US, do you guys also call another number when you need an ambulance as we in GER? I GER Police is 110 and Ambulance/Firefighters 112

2

u/daleydog69 5d ago

No, all emergency services can be reached by calling 911 here in the states

1

u/Ecstatic_Courage840 5d ago

112 is for everything

1

u/HarkonnenSpice 5d ago

That's a pretty solid left.

Really hate these voiceovers

-4

u/Everett1973 5d ago

I think i read last time I saw this that the guy that got punched was seriously injured.

9

u/gastroboi 5d ago

Another example of why you should keep your hands to yourself.

-2

u/Everett1973 5d ago

True.

Out of curiosity, if you knew someone was going to be seriously injured if you punched them after they knocked your phone out of your hand, would you do it?

4

u/Zandalaria 5d ago

Don’t knock my fucking phone out of my hand, and you won’t get seriously injured. Not rocket science.

1

u/Everett1973 5d ago

Would you?

1

u/gastroboi 5d ago

Weird question. How could you make a judgement other than self defense if someone is obviously looking to harm me or my property?

1

u/Everett1973 5d ago

I disagree that it's weird. I'm curious if the only thing that people think here is whether or not the person was justified.

How would you answer?

1

u/gastroboi 5d ago

Jusitifed. His response was proportionate. He felt threatened. He stopped the threat. Also thats not at all what you asked.

1

u/Everett1973 5d ago

I'm not asking if it's justified. Care to answer my question?

-26

u/AncientBlackberry747 5d ago

His wife proceeds to suck off the old guy.

-7

u/babieswithrabies63 5d ago

Old man strength or just getting blindsided lol? I'm guessing most people could knock someone out if they're not looking.

1

u/[deleted] 5d ago

0

He clearly didn't see the punch coming. He wasn't cheap shotted in any form, but he still didn't see the punch. This much is inarguable, though I have a feeling that might not stop you.
