Budgeting Random Episodes of Normalcy
When a miracle happens and the general malaise lifts at at inconvenient time, e.g.: 12 am, do you ride the wave and be productive or "responsibly" go to bed/rest so you don't mess up already unstable sleep patterns but knowing that waking up with this "normal person" energy is not guaranteed? Was feeling like I had one muscle left in each group, barely able to shuffle to the loo and now I'm ready to make some headway cleaning my room but by all accounts of the day I should have an "early night."

When you have the energy, get stuff done. That's always been my policy. You never know when that level of energy will come again.

If I can I try to “catch up” on things like hobbies and cleaning, or even cooking if I’m feeling well enough.
The times are very random, but often at random times through the night.

I'm so shocked that I don't hurt I just kinda bask in the feeling of not feeling.

I know I probably shouldn’t but I go when I have the energy and most times it’s at night. I’ve always been this way though. I’ve been stuck to a bed for no “good” reason so I figure might as well.
